Every platform, one place.
Threeworld brings every fractional real estate platform into one place, so you can find, compare and track property shares without signing up to each one.
What we're building.
Aggregating properties from leading platforms

Threeworld reads the listings each platform publishes, and that is all. It never sees what you own, cannot move money, execute a trade, or touch a dollar on your behalf. The product is read-only by design.
That line will not move. When you find a property you like, we send you straight to the platform that sells it, and your money and your paperwork stay with them.
Nobody should need an account, a credit card or an ID check to see what a property share costs. Every property, chart and platform profile stays open to everyone.
Signing up takes an email and nothing else, and it only exists so you can save a watchlist and pick up where you left off.
Our reader is someone buying their first share, not a fund manager. If a term needs a finance degree, we explain it or we don't use it.
That rule applies to the product, the docs and the learning hub alike, because a number you don't understand is a number you can't trust.
We don't play favorites. Each platform gets the same fields, the same filters and the same honest comparison next to the others.
Making the numbers comparable is most of the work. Yield, share price and fees mean slightly different things on every platform, and our job is to put them in the same units.
Learning it in public.
The learning hub is a free, plain-English curriculum on fractional real estate, from first share to first payout.

“You don't need to buy the building. You need to own a piece of it.”
