Help anyone own real estate.
Threeworld is a small team building the front door to fractional real estate.
Hard data problems, an honest product, and shipping every day.
Take it with you. The same properties in your pocket, wherever you are.
Aggregating properties from leading platforms

Small team, honest product, real stakes.

When I describe Threeworld in one line, I say it's the front door to fractional real estate. Owning property used to mean saving a decade for one down payment; now a share of a real building costs less than a night out, scattered across dozens of platforms that don't talk to each other. Our job is turning that scatter into one open market, and the team is small enough that whatever you touch, you own.
The product runs on one promise: we only ever look at people's money, we never touch it. That constraint sounds limiting until you realize it's the only reason anyone trusts an aggregator. Keeping the promise while shipping every day is most of the job.
There is no layer between you and the problem here. You get the idea, the code, the deploy and the consequences, and more responsibility than feels reasonable.
If you read that and wanted more structure, no hard feelings; most good people do. If you read it and started thinking about what you'd build first, skip the résumé polish and just write to us.

Not a typical proptech job.
The honest answers, so you can decide before you write to us.
A search layer over fractional real estate. Dozens of platforms sell property shares, each one its own island. We pull them into one map, one marketplace and one set of numbers. One test decides what we ship: would someone buying their first share understand it?

The surface is wide for a team this size: a 3D globe, a cross-platform marketplace, analytics, an AI assistant, a React Native app and the pipeline that normalizes a dozen platforms' data. Everyone here touches most of it, and the seams between those pieces are where the interesting problems live.

Ship, then talk. Changes go to production the day they're ready, and we'd rather put something real in front of people than polish a plan. Plain language in the product, the docs and the pull requests, because if it can't be explained to a first-time investor, it isn't done.

Because it's early enough that your fingerprints end up on everything. The conventions you set in your first months will carry the product for years, and there's no legacy to work around, just open ground.
