Privacy

• You can browse every listing, platform page and article without an account.
• If you create an account, we store your sign-in details and what you save: favorites, your onboarding answers, and your chats with the assistant.
• The only tracking on the site is analytics, Google Analytics and PostHog, and it runs only if you accept it in the cookie prompt. Switch it off under Manage and nothing changes for you.
• We email you only if you ask: email updates (the weekly digest, first-week tips, alerts on properties you saved) are off until you switch them on, and every one carries a one-click unsubscribe link.
• We never sell your data, run no ads, and never share your data for advertising.
• Threeworld never holds your money and never sees your bank, brokerage or card details. Investing happens on the partner platform you choose, under its own terms. If you buy a paid plan, your card goes to Stripe, our payment processor, never to us.

Account details. When you sign up we collect your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email and profile picture with us. Sign-in is handled by Clerk, our authentication provider. We never see your password.

What you do on the site. Only what the product needs to work for you: properties you favorite, your onboarding answers (goal, experience, budget band, how you heard about us), and the messages you send to the assistant along with its replies.

Email preferences. Whether you have switched on email updates, when you switched them on or off, and roughly when you last opened the app (once an hour at most). We also keep a record of which emails were sent to you, so a rerun never sends one twice.

Analytics, unless you switch it off. Google Analytics records which pages are visited, roughly where from, and on what kind of device. PostHog records the same, plus which features get used, such as opening the pricing page or the upgrade prompt, and if you are signed in it ties those events to your account id and email so we can see how each plan is used. Until you answer the cookie prompt both run without cookies, so visits are not linked. Choose Accept and they set cookies to tell repeat visits apart. Switch analytics off under Manage and they stop entirely. You can change your mind below.

Server logs. Like every website, our servers see the IP address and browser of each request. We use those logs to keep the service running and to spot abuse, and they roll over on their own.

Billing, if you buy a paid plan. Stripe processes the payment and tells us which plan you are on, whether it is paid up, and the brand and last four digits of your card so we can show them to you. The full card number stays with Stripe.

What we don't collect. No precise location, no contacts, no financial account information, no card numbers, no advertising identifiers. The listings you see come from the partner platforms' public offerings, not from anything about you.

Only to run Threeworld: signing you in, keeping your favorites in sync, generating assistant replies, understanding which pages get used, sending email updates if you asked for them, and answering you when you get in touch. That is the whole list.

A small set of service providers that run parts of the product for us. They process your data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes:

• Clerk for sign-in and account storage.
• Railway for hosting our servers and database.
• OpenRouter for the assistant. Your chat messages are sent to OpenRouter, which forwards them to the AI model that writes the reply.
• Mapbox for the map on Explore. Your browser loads map tiles directly from Mapbox, which sees your IP address like any web request.
• Stripe for payments, only if you buy a paid plan. Stripe collects your card details directly and handles them under its own privacy policy.
• Resend for delivering the welcome email, the one reminder to finish setting up your account and, only if you switched them on, email updates. Resend keeps a contact record with your email address and first name and sees each message it sends.
• Google Analytics, unless you switch analytics off in the cookie prompt.
• PostHog, product analytics, unless you switch analytics off in the cookie prompt.

When you click through to invest on a partner platform, you are leaving Threeworld. From that point, that platform's privacy policy and terms apply. We don't send them your Threeworld data.

Two kinds. Clerk sets a session cookie so you stay signed in, which the site cannot work without. Google Analytics and PostHog set analytics cookies, and only after you accept. Before that they run without cookies. There are no advertising cookies.

Analytics runs unless you switch it off. Change your choice

For as long as you have an account. Delete your account and we delete the personal data tied to it: your profile, favorites, onboarding answers and chats.

When you create an account we send one welcome email that explains what the account can do, and one reminder a day later if the setup questions are still unanswered. Neither contains offers. After that, the only email we send on our own initiative is email updates: the weekly digest of new listings, one note in your first week, alerts when a property you saved changes and, once, a note after a month away. All of it only goes to people who switched it on. Every one of those emails has an unsubscribe link that works with one click and no sign-in, and the switch in the account menu does the same. Sign-in codes are sent by Clerk when you ask to sign in and are not marketing.

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email privacy@threeworld.xyz from your account's email address and we will take care of it within 30 days, usually much faster. Depending on where you live, laws like the GDPR or CCPA may give you additional rights, and we honor those too. We never sell personal data, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Our providers run in the United States and the European Union, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in. Each provider commits to the same protections through its data processing agreement with us.

Threeworld is about investing, so you must be at least 18 to create an account. The service is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For meaningful changes we will also tell you when you next sign in.
