Privacy

• You can browse every listing, platform page and article without an account.
• If you create an account, we store your sign-in details and what you save: favorites, your onboarding answers, and your chats with the assistant.
• The only tracking on the site is Google Analytics, and it runs only if you accept it in the cookie prompt. Decline and nothing changes for you.
• We never sell your data, run no ads, and never share your data for advertising.
• Threeworld never holds your money and never sees your bank, brokerage or card details. Investing happens on the partner platform you choose, under its own terms.

Account details. When you sign up we collect your email address and name. If you sign in with Google, Google shares your name, email and profile picture with us. Sign-in is handled by Clerk, our authentication provider. We never see your password.

What you do on the site. Only what the product needs to work for you: properties you favorite, your onboarding answers (goal, experience, budget band, how you heard about us), and the messages you send to the assistant along with its replies.

Analytics, if you accept. Google Analytics records which pages are visited, roughly where from, and on what kind of device. It sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart. It never runs unless you choose Accept in the cookie prompt, and you can change your mind below.

Server logs. Like every website, our servers see the IP address and browser of each request. We use those logs to keep the service running and to spot abuse, and they roll over on their own.

What we don't collect. No precise location, no contacts, no financial account information, no card numbers, no advertising identifiers. The listings you see come from the partner platforms' public offerings, not from anything about you.

Only to run Threeworld: signing you in, keeping your favorites in sync, generating assistant replies, understanding which pages get used, and answering you when you get in touch. That is the whole list.

A small set of service providers that run parts of the product for us. They process your data on our behalf and are not allowed to use it for their own purposes:

• Clerk for sign-in and account storage.
• Railway for hosting our servers and database.
• OpenRouter for the assistant. Your chat messages are sent to OpenRouter, which forwards them to the AI model that writes the reply.
• Mapbox for the map on Explore. Your browser loads map tiles directly from Mapbox, which sees your IP address like any web request.
• Google Analytics, only if you accept the cookie prompt.

When you click through to invest on a partner platform, you are leaving Threeworld. From that point, that platform's privacy policy and terms apply. We don't send them your Threeworld data.

Two kinds. Clerk sets a session cookie so you stay signed in, which the site cannot work without. Google Analytics sets analytics cookies, and only after you accept. There are no advertising cookies.

You haven't chosen yet, so analytics is off. Change your choice

For as long as you have an account. Delete your account and we delete the personal data tied to it: your profile, favorites, onboarding answers and chats.

You can ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email owklamaa@gmail.com from your account's email address and we will take care of it within 30 days, usually much faster. Depending on where you live, laws like the GDPR or CCPA may give you additional rights, and we honor those too. We never sell personal data, so there is nothing to opt out of on that front.

Our providers run in the United States and the European Union, so your data may be processed outside the country you live in. Each provider commits to the same protections through its data processing agreement with us.

Threeworld is about investing, so you must be at least 18 to create an account. The service is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

If we change how we handle your data, we will update this page and the date at the top. For meaningful changes we will also tell you when you next sign in.
