Creating an Account

Before creating your Threeworld account, here's what you need to know: What you need: • An email address, or a Google account • To be at least 18 years old That is the whole list. There is no password to set. We email you a one-time code each time you sign in, or you continue with Google. No Financial Information, Ever: Threeworld never asks for a bank account, card, ID or proof of address. We are a search and comparison tool, not an investment platform, so there is nothing for that information to do here. Identity checks happen on the platform where you actually invest. Browsing Is Free and Open: Every listing, platform profile, chart and article is public. You do not need an account to see any of it. An account adds a watchlist, and a paid plan adds the AI chat with a monthly allowance of credits. Compatibility: Threeworld works in any modern browser. The 3D globe needs a desktop or tablet screen. On a phone the Explore page opens as a list, or you can use the Reworld app for iPhone.

Sign-up happens in a dialog on whatever page you are on, so you never lose your place. 1. Open the sign-in dialog: Use the sign-in button in the header, or tap the heart on a property. Either one opens it. 2. Choose email or Google: Enter your email and we send a six-digit code. Type it in and you are signed in, whether it is your first visit or your hundredth. Or tap Continue with Google, and Google shares your name, email and profile picture with us. Sign-in is handled by Clerk, our authentication provider. We never see a password because there isn't one. 3. Answer four quick questions: What you are investing for, how much experience you have, roughly what budget you have in mind, and how you heard about us. There are no wrong answers and "Just exploring" is a perfectly good one. 4. Done: You land back where you started, signed in. Manage account, under your avatar in the header, is where you update your photo, name, email addresses, Google connection and signed-in devices. What we store: Your email and name, the properties you favorite, your four onboarding answers, and your chats. Nothing else. To delete your account, open Manage account, go to Security and choose Delete account. Everything is erased at once.

Threeworld has a free plan and three paid ones. Almost everything is on the free one. Free, $0: • Every listing, the marketplace and the globe • Every platform profile • The analytics index • Your watchlist • The Learning Hub and this documentation Plus, $19 a month or $190 a year: • Everything in Free • The AI assistant, with 1,500 chat credits a month • Answers grounded in the same data you see on the site Pro, $99 a month or $990 a year: • Everything in Plus • 8,000 chat credits a month • The chat reads the documents a platform publishes for a listing (valuations, memoranda, deeds) and cites them by page • Priority support Max, $199 a month or $1,990 a year: • Everything in Pro • 20,000 chat credits a month • Early access to new features and a direct line to the team Yearly is two months free, charged once up front, and the credits still arrive every month. Credits are how the chat is metered. One credit is a thousand or so tokens of model work, and a typical question costs five to ten. Unused monthly credits carry over, up to two months' worth. The free plan has none, so the assistant is the one thing a plan buys. A few things no plan includes, because they are not what Threeworld does: buying shares, holding money, tracking what you own on other platforms, or giving investment advice. The chat's replies and our scores are our reading of public data, not a recommendation to buy. Paid plans are not on sale yet. Prices, what each plan includes and the refund terms are on the Pricing page, under Resources in the header. Cancel any time and keep the plan to the end of the period, and your first charge is refundable in full for 14 days.
