Threeworld is your command center for fractional real estate investing.

To get the most out of Threeworld, you can connect your existing accounts from integrated platforms. Here's how it works: 1. Create a Threeworld Account: Sign up with your email or continue with Google. The process takes less than a minute. 2. Link Your Platforms: Navigate to Settings > Connected Accounts and select the platforms where you have investments. You'll be redirected to each platform to authorize read-only access. 3. Automatic Syncing: Once connected, Threeworld automatically syncs your portfolio data. We pull in your holdings, transaction history, and dividend payments. 4. Unified Dashboard: View all your investments in one place with combined performance metrics, total portfolio value, and aggregated dividend income. Important: Threeworld only requests read-only access. We can never move funds, execute trades, or make changes to your accounts on other platforms. Your investments remain safely under your control on each platform.

Once you've connected your accounts, Threeworld becomes your portfolio management hub: Portfolio Overview: See your total invested amount, current portfolio value, and overall returns at a glance. View performance over different time periods (1M, 3M, 6M, 1Y, All). Holdings Breakdown: Drill into individual positions across all platforms. See each property's current value, your ownership percentage, and performance since investment. Dividend Tracking: View all dividend payments in one timeline, regardless of which platform they came from. See monthly, quarterly, and annual income summaries. Performance Analytics: Compare your portfolio's performance against market benchmarks. Understand your diversification across property types, locations, and platforms. Export & Reports: Download your portfolio data and transaction history for tax preparation or personal records. Generate reports for any time period. Your data syncs automatically, but you can trigger a manual refresh anytime. Connected account data is encrypted and stored securely.
