Founded in 2020, the platform has funded more than 600 properties and distributes monthly rental income. Its Saudi operations are separately licensed by the Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA), and it offers a DFSA-endorsed Islamic Finance Window for Shariah-compliant investments. Stake handles property management and provides a secondary market for investor exits.
