About
Prypco Mint is the platform behind the Dubai Land Department's real estate tokenization project, the first of its kind in the MENA region. Launched in 2025 with the Dubai Future Foundation and VARA, it lets investors buy fractional tokens in individual Dubai properties from AED 2,000, with ownership recorded on the DLD's title deed system and tokens issued on the XRP Ledger through Ctrl Alt. A secondary marketplace opened in February 2026 so investors can buy and sell tokens around the clock. Primary offerings are currently limited to UAE residents.
