Cityfunds is the investment product of Nada Holdings, a Dallas fintech founded in 2019. Each Cityfund holds equity stakes in owner-occupied homes across a single metro — Austin, Dallas, Miami, Tampa, Houston, Denver and others — acquired through home equity agreements, so investors get exposure to a city's home prices without buying or managing a house. Retail funds open at $500 under Regulation A; the Select and Yield funds are limited to accredited investors. Nada reports fund NAV monthly and has announced secondary trading for fund shares.
