About
Bricksave is a crowdfunding platform that buys renovated, already-tenanted homes in US cities — mostly Chicago and Cleveland — and sells shares in each one to investors worldwide, with a particular focus on Latin America and Europe. Founded in 2016 with offices in London and Buenos Aires, it lists each property with a target raise, a targeted annual return and a fixed term of around four years, after which the property is sold and the proceeds returned. Properties are also offered whole to single buyers alongside the crowdfunded raises.
