About
Deed sells shares of individual rental apartments and villas in Dubai. Each property is bought by its own special purpose vehicle registered in the Dubai International Financial Centre, you hold shares in that vehicle in proportion to what you put in, and rent is paid to you monthly after costs. Homes are pre-leased and managed for you, and anyone over 18 can invest from anywhere, from AED 500. You pay 1.5% when you buy in, 0.5% a year for administration plus a small KYC charge, and 2.5% of the sale price plus 7% of any gain when you sell. The intended hold is three to five years, after which investors vote on whether to sell the property. Before that, once you have held for 12 months, you can offer your shares to other Deed investors in exit windows that open twice a year. Deed's own risk page is blunt: there may be nobody willing to buy your shares at any price, and if a secondary sale fails you wait for the end of the term. The platform is licensed by the DFSA to operate a property investment crowdfunding platform and launched to the public in July 2025.
