About
PRYPCO Blocks is the crowdfunding arm of PRYPCO, the Dubai property company founded by Amira Sajwani. It buys rented homes in Dubai and splits each one into Blocks that you can buy from AED 500. Each property sits in its own special purpose vehicle, which is the legal owner on the title deed, and the SPV's shareholder records are the legal record of your stake. Rent is collected by a third-party manager and, after property costs and PRYPCO's fees, paid out to Block holders every month in proportion to their holding. Alongside rentals, Flip the Blocks deals fund a renovation and resale. The platform is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority and is certified Shariah-compliant, so it is open to investors from most countries. PRYPCO plans each property around a five-year hold. After a one-year lock-in you can list Blocks for other investors in a two-week exit window every June and December, at the market price or up to 20% below it. Nothing obliges a buyer to appear, and the whole property is only sold when investors vote to accept an offer.
