About
Realbricks sells shares in single-family rental homes in the US at $10 a share, with a minimum of ten shares. Each home is bought by a numbered series of Neptune REM, LLC, a Delaware company whose managing member, Terra Mint Group, runs the Realbricks site and app. You own interests in the series, not the house itself, and the offerings are qualified by the SEC under Regulation A and sold through the broker-dealer Dalmore Group. A property manager handles tenants, maintenance and reporting. When a home has rent left over after expenses, reserves and fees, the series pays a cash distribution each quarter. Distributions are not guaranteed, and the fees are set out in the offering circular rather than on a single page of the site. Realbricks intends to list series on PPEX, an alternative trading system run by North Capital, so investors can sell to each other. As of October 2026 its offering circular says only one series trades there and no active market exists, so you should plan to hold until the home is sold. Investors must be US residents with a US bank account.
