About
Reinvest24 is an Estonian company founded in 2017 that opened its platform in 2018. It raised money from retail investors for development projects and rental properties, mostly in Tallinn and Riga. You did not buy shares in a building. You bought claim units, each one usually worth one euro, that gave you the right to interest and payouts from a loan between you and the borrower or the property-holding company. A collateral agent held the mortgage or other security on your behalf. Rental projects paid out monthly from rent, development loans paid interest on a schedule set per project, and the principal came back at the end of the term or when the property was sold. The price list charged nothing to invest on the primary market, 2% to the seller on the secondary market, 1% on exit and a 2 euro withdrawal fee. The platform is now in a wind-down phase. Its properties page says it no longer accepts or funds new projects and that the timing and amount of returned funds depend on legal and recovery proceedings. The site names no financial regulator or crowdfunding licence, only that the company is incorporated in Estonia.
